Jeffrey T. Brei got from Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona, in 1988. In 1993, Jeff obtained his U.G. from the University of Arizona. After that, he attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Jeff got his J.D. in 1997.
