Best Thai Restaurants in Allentown

If you are looking for a classy, upscale place to dine, Thai Avenue is it! They have weird hours because I think it is family owned and operated but their food is absolutely spectacular. Their presentation and serving is very posh, their staff are always dressed to the nines and professional. The fried rice and drunken noodles are favorites! They also have fun desserts such as fried ice cream and cheesecake. I would definitely recommend going to the restaurant, rather than getting takeout. Some of the charm is lost in the takeout containers. The staff, serving, and presentation are a big part of the experience. Definitely worth going, again and again!! My husband and I have frequented for lunch dates & we have taken the whole family for dinner.

Outstanding for Thai food in area, definitely one of the best. It's BYOB. The Papaya Salad is a must. If you are looking for a night out or take out this is definitely the place to go, I drive out of my way to go here because I do not believe the other Thia restaurants in area can compare

Came here yesterday with my son to grab lunch and both the food and service were exceptional. Food came out timely and hot. Waitstaff was excellent as well. We both got different variations of drunken noodles and they were both delicious. Thanks for the great experience.

We had a lovely dinner here…..spring rolls,edamame,Tom kha,pad Thai all delicious….we ate family style and everything I tasted I loved …..I would go back for sure.

Been coming here for lunch for years now and never had a bad experience. Food is always delicious and the price is reasonable. I frequent 2 other Thai restaurants in the area and each one has its own identity which is good as I can always come back here for their style of cooking. I'm happy covid did not take this place out as it would have been a shame. Also happy you can dine inside again.

Great service and flavorful meal! Lunch specials are a good deal, also recommend the mango sticky rice!

My family loves bamboo. The sushi is truly perfection. We use to go to kome but frankly bamboo is better in every way. Love the staff. They are very accommodating to my fussy daughters need which we are great full for . In summation best sushi in town.

I literally cannot believe how good their sushi is. They put sesame seeds in the rice and it's so good, and the rice to contents ratio is spot on. It always tastes fresh and looks beautiful, and the folks that run it are kind and lovely! Go here!

They never disappoint. Fabulous food ! Great prices . We love this place ! And it’s byob !
