The process of getting started was too easy! It did not take me long to find a therapist, verify my insurance, and book an appointment. If you have any doubts about your process, just start! I had my second session today and it was amazing! I almost talked myself out of continuing, but I am glad I committed. My therapist “Jacqueline” is awesome and I am glad that I am working towards my healing journey!

DEEP CENTERED MENTAL HEALTH REVIEWS

I am working with a great therapist (Merideth) on IFS therapy who’s helping me get in touch with my internal parts and I’m learning to give my parts what they have long been lacking, compassion, acceptance and love. It’s made a huge difference in how I navigate the world and how I love myself. Getting therapy was the greatest gift I could ever give myself. If you’re on the fence, afraid, I encourage you to take a leap of faith and get into therapy. I promise you won’t regret it. PS not all therapists will be a fit for you. Try a few until you find the person who you fit with and you feel seen and safe with.

I’ve had two amazing therapists that have worked with me in ways I needed and had no idea I did. One IFS focused and the other somatic work focused. They are supportive of making sure I get the help I need and if it’s not with them then helping to find someone that fits. Great listeners, supportive, if your willing they’ll give to exercises to try and find what works for you. I mostly did talk therapy before which I still need but along side that my therapists have given me resources to understand, feel and work through emotional pain and physical pain.

I've known for a number of years that I needed to talk to someone about my grief from loosing my husband. I'm so glad I found Angela! I couldn't ask for a better therapist.
