Front desk was polite and the office was clean and quiet. The therapist was great but I was disappointed when I found out that she was only doing the intake and I would be paired with a different therapist in the future. I arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed, but I had already filled out the paperwork in advance so I just waited in the lobby. Overall, it was a good experience.
From scheduling to my first actual appointment, everyone has been professional. Debra Franzen PMHNP-BC took the time to discuss what has worked well and what we can tweak, and she took the time to educate me and address all my questions and concerns. Looking forward to continuing my care with her as well as Life Stance.
When my psychiatrist retired a few years ago I was in a bit of a panic. In the midst of Covid I found LifeStance Health and Camille Bocker. Camille is caring and takes the time to listen. When I’ve had technical difficulties she called me I didn’t miss my appointment. I’m so happy I found her!
