Amy is everything you would hope to find in a therapist - professional, compassionate, and skilled at diving deeply into your heart, mind, and emotions to get to the root of the pain and direct you to heal. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The group therapy sessions are unique and so beneficial! Can’t recommend both Amy and her groups enough.
