I am seeing two providers from Mindful Therapy Group now, a therapist and an ARNP for med management. I’ve been seeing my therapist for a year and highly recommend her. She is kind, understanding and very experienced in psychotherapy. My Nurse Practitioner I’ve seen three times so far and her recommendations for meds plus my therapist, really helped me turn around. I highly recommend Mindful Therapy Group.
