Our car lost power on the freeway and we were stranded in the rain! Our car wouldn't start and it was pouring today. I called AAA and they immediately dispatched a tech from Ramos Towing. Within a few minutes, the tech called me giving me instructions on what to do and what to expect from him. He arrived and got our car to the mechanic within 30 minutes of my call. Very impressed with the customer service we received!

“Above and beyond” no longer exists in the service industry these days. Not with this company. That’s what they did. They went above and beyond what an average tow service would normally do. Can’t say enough about the the service they provided. Excellent!
