Efficient and thorough service. The staff were professional and pleasant. They explained everything well and made me feel comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at Yale New Haven Urgent Care in West Hartford. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, everyone was fantastic. The staff treated me with kindness and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease. The doctor was also great—knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely continue getting my care here. Thank you to the wonderful team.

The second I walked in to the moment I was taken care of, everything was quick smooth and efficient. Treatment plan was clear and everyone was very knowledgeable. This will be my go to spot when needed.

Best check-in process ever! Acceptable wait time, clean waiting area and examination rooms, respectful pleasant staff, professional physician who listens and knows what he is doing. Highly recommended this practice.

Excellent and courteous front desk staff. The nurse working with me during my visit was also very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this location. I went for a physical for my employer and this location made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you so much.

I was injured at work, and I saw the doctor a few times and had several weeks of physical therapy. The doctors were competent and kind. The physical therapists were outstanding, and facilities were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Concentra.

Clean facility and was seen faster than expected. Plus, the young lady who attended me was very nice and knowledgeable about my exams. Would recommend, and will return to this location, if l have a need to.
