This past New Year’s Eve weekend, my beloved Boston girl, who is almost 10 years old, was admitted with pneumonia. I was overwhelmed with worry, but the staff at VCA were truly remarkable. The moment I arrived, the doctor provided immediate reassurance during such a frightening time. Their dedication was evident in the incredibly attentive and compassionate care from the nurses. The front desk staff was also quick to respond to my questions, making me feel supported every step of the way. I was allowed to visit my furry friend during her hospital admission, which brought me immense comfort. When I received the estimate for the bill, it was on the higher side, but to my relief, I ended up getting nearly 50% of my deposit back. I truly appreciated how they did their utmost to ensure that the care remained affordable, giving my dog every chance for a full recovery. Not for a second did anyone give up on her or make me feel like there wasn’t hope. I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and support they showed during this difficult time.

I can't say enough good things about VCA of West Hartford. We rushed our Labrador in this morning after two of his stitches popped in the early morning, frantic upon our arrival we were greeted by the most kind woman who reassured us that everything was fine and they were going to take great care of our boy. Quick, efficient and extremely kind. Fingers crossed for no more emergencies but I can tell you for sure I won't go anywhere else for an emergency. They were great.

WOW amazing work and great staff. I went in around 10 something pm and the staff and nurses worked like an E.R hospital show. my puppy was sick and they took care of him like he was there own fur baby. I'll always be greatful to the nurse that gave me advice and took care of him. She even cleaned him and his crate because he had an accident. Thank you so much.

I found this place online and read all the reviews, and let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with this amazing team. Dr. Ali and his staff worked diligently to care for my dog, Winter, and took all the necessary steps to ensure her health after her spay surgery. When I had an emergency because she damaged some of her staples with her hind leg, I was given an immediate appointment, and she received treatment with love and care. She’s a large husky mix, which can look intimidating to most, but not this group!! Not only do they do an excellent job, they are also true animal lovers, making it clear that their work is much more than just a job for them! They took fantastic care of Winter, and with each visit, she seemed to be even more excited to see them. If you’re unsure, let me assure you—don’t hesitate; this is the place you’ve been looking for! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ali and his staff! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and empathetic. The environment is spotless and calming, which instantly put me at ease. My dog was in really bad shape when we arrived, and thanks to Dr. Ali’s care, he came home looking and feeling perfect. I had an emergency visit to vet for pet for my cat Prince. He had a urinary blockage that had to be removed and they were so helpful and understanding and took very good care of my boy. Dr. Ali and his team did great work and so far his recovery is going smoothly and I am so deeply appreciative from the bottom of my heart for saving my boy.
