CONCENTRA URGENT CARE REVIEWS

The staff was really busy. I did spend a bit of time getting my DOT Physical, about 2 hours. However, I was a walk-in and, as I said, they were very busy. The check-in process was easy, and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. 5 stars.

I really like concentra. This is a nice facility with a great staff. I never have a problem coming into the Shadeland office. The crew get you in and get you out. There is never a long wait time. I also come here as needed. I would recommend there facility to anyone.

I wonderful experience and would tell everyone about the service I was given. Thanks again for your excellent service.

NP Schani Manungo was absolutely amazing!! Best urgent care/clinic we’ve been to in Indy. My cousins 2 year old daughter had the flu and double ear infection. She got us in and out quickly and was very polite! Highly recommend for any needs.

The staff were excellent. The front office person, I'm sorry but I don't remember her name, was very friendly and patient with me. The NP, Shani Manungo was excellent. I highly recommend this facility.

Very friendly and professional staff! Was seen in a timely manner and taken care of. Would recommend.

My son always go with me to new places . He wasn’t with me when I need to make a trip to Urgent care. I was pretty nervous . I’m deaf … The doctor put me at ease right away. She listened and understood how I felt. The staff were amazing too. If I ever need medical care again I will go back to them . Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Everyone was so nice! I had a cotton swap stuck in my ear & the MA’s & NP were very nice! Every thing was done quick! I did have to wait a little maybe because I was a walk in but was out of there within an hour!

Walked in and was seen in less than 20 minutes. Doctor was amazing and listened to all concerns! Really good experience and thankful for the convenience and help.
