Hey all! For nearly a decade, The Hot Room in downtown Indianapolis has been my sanctuary for transformation. Their welcoming community and diverse classes have not only inspired me to embrace a healthier lifestyle but also empowered me to share this journey with family, colleagues and fellow travel nurses. The Hot Room’s commitment to inclusivity and well-being is truly life-changing. If you haven’t been there yet, or if it’s been a while, maybe it’s time to check this studio out.

I have recently been going to the Hot Room to do cold plunges and I’ve been really impressed with them. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and they have really clean / modern tubs as well as locker rooms. Seems like a great community but for sure can highly recommend a plunge here - they have 40, 45, and 50 degree tubs.

Hot Power Vinyasa Vibes with Julia S. on Sunday @ 10 am is a MUST! I have been a member since 2016 and today’s class was excellent! Cadence, pose selection, and her positive energy make for a great experience. You’ll leave exhilarated and strong.

INVOKE STUDIO REVIEWS

Invoke is a very welcoming yoga studio. They offer MANY different yoga and Pilates classes. I've only been able to try a couple so far, but they've been great. The classes are challenging, yet accommodations are provided for students who may be new to yoga, or who haven't practiced in a while. I look forward to many more classes there.

I really enjoy coming to the heated yoga studio session. I definitely get a sweat going. The room get Nice and toasty. The instructors that I have had have had good flows and a very calming environment. Definitely recommend. I took the intro to yoga class, which was really helpful also recommend that.

The best studio at meeting you where you at and supporting you in wherever you want to go. They have such special and skilled staff that are so gifted in inspiring and creating community for others. They’re the best.

I came across Cityoga when I was looking for a prenatal yoga class to gift to my sister who was in her third trimester. I had never really done yoga before that, but I loved that experience with teacher Kelly Shull so much that I now aim to get to a class a week. My current favorite is heated slow flow with Charlotte Gretter- she is awesome!! It’s something I look forward to every week now! Highly recommend.

Awesome workshop! Really impressed with Alicia's knowledge and instruction. Her example made it clear you all take your yoga instruction seriously. Being relatively new to town, I know now that City Yoga is where I need to be working on my practice. See you again soon. Thank you.
