3 Best Urgent Care Clinics in Riverside, CA

I visited today for my shoulder and an injury on my leg. The staff and medical professionals there were great! I didn't wait long and everyone was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend if you need to go to urgent care! Thank you.

I went to three different urgent care and none of them wanted to assist my Five month old baby but thankfully I called this urgent care and they assist her right away. The doctor was so kind and helpful as well as the assistance very nice I definitely recommend coming here! Thank You Doctor for seeing my Baby girl.

Even with a wait, you’re in and out quick. All the staff and doctors are great, especially Wesley Tolles PA-C. I highly recommend this facility.

Visited twice. The staff is absolutely rude and arrogant. They’re disgustingly lazy people. They’re not trust worthy. ******* **** is an NP. She did not disclose to me that’s she’s a nurse practitioner instead claiming she’s a doctor. They choose not to provide costumer service, lacking all empathy . No smiles, no curtesy, disrespectful body gestures like rolling of the eyes, sighing, condescending. They act as if you don’t exist. They don’t even ask questions regarding your visit. The NPs and MAs, and other staff only want to close up and leave. They don’t care about patients health. First visit a laceration requiring stitches.Was referred out to the ER reason being was told Im experiencing allergic reaction and stated “ we don’t want to be held liable due to all your allergies”. I was not having an allergic reaction. The NP documented a new allergy in my medical file and on the referral to the ER for hibiclense. This is false. The allergic reaction is false, never happened And being allergic to hibiclense specifically is false. One med document states aware of allergies and a list provided . On a different medical document states NKDA. Last visit, for bronchitis and mild lower abdominal discomfort. I was given a lot of push back. The NP required an x-ray before treatment which can take up to 3-5 days to get results. Ultimately pushing me to the ER again for immediate test results and treatment. I was told I can only pick one health problem to be treated In each visit at a time. I was given paperwork and then the NP asked for-them back to be “shredded”. When I declined, in a very threatening manner the “Dr” (NP) said “well that fine, but I will be documenting this in your chart”. I expressed being denied treatment due to being denied treatment. With lots of pushback, intentionally being difficult to justify not treating, and Referring me out. - Ezra. Reply

Very good experience! Highly recommended. We went in for my Mom's hearing issues, the doctor and his team worked on my Mom for two hours to clean the ear out, she came out happy because first time in a long time she could hear! Thank you Jacob.

Despite having a busy waiting room, I was seen quickly. Staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor listened to my symptoms and provided treatment that has already made me feel relief! SO much better than my primary care physicians office.
