i have been going here for about two months now and i absolutely love it!! all of the instructors are amazing. if you have never done yoga before like me id recommend yin yoga first and then beginner yoga. (yin is more of deep stretching and holding poses but beginner is challenging sometimes although instructors will remind you that you can always take a break or just skip what you dont need/want) i get there anywhere from 10-20 mins early to find parking. there is limited spots in front but i never have trouble finding parking in the neighborhood if spots are taken. you can also rent a yoga mat for $3 if you do not have one. i strongly encourage you to take a class because you will fall in love with yoga!!.

I’ve tried out several yoga studios but this yoga studio is my favorite. I enjoy the unique, challenging flows, the instructors humor and passion and most importantly that cool towel infused with essential oils at the end of every flow. Tula also provides a perfectly balanced yoga class. They incorporate spiritual, emotional and mental components in their flow. It’s makes for a well balanced mind-body yoga experience.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time attendee. It was such a relaxing, wholesome, comforting experience and definitely worth the time. Megan and Mackenzie had such lovely energies and made it even more fulfilling. Looking forward to the next one!.

I started a year and a half ago with their first week - $18 - all the classes you want and have been going ever since. I have been to several classes with different teachers and styles and they are all great. The teachers are experienced and knowledgable and the students are friendly and welcoming. They also have a great schedule so you can fit in yoga whenever it's convenient for you. And don't miss out of the weekend workshops and special events!.

First time here absolutely love the vibe and energy from the people in the class, my teacher is very patient and attentive to her student's person to the person she tries to collect and make the right movements and something little thing in the post make is way of different give your self an opportunity to take a class here, You will love it as I am.

Such a great place to practice the art of yoga. There are weekend workshops that focus on specific skill / health issue. The special weekend workshops for Veterans are free.

ROUSE YOGA REVIEWS

I have really come to enjoy both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. I started yoga several months ago due to years of commuting and sitting at a desk. I thought that the act of stretching and strengthening would be good for me. As good as the physical aspects have been, the mental aspects have been equally as good. The instructors have all been so caring and dedicated to making sure my practice of yoga has been enjoyable and beneficial. The community of other practitioners have all been so welcoming that I instantly felt a part of the studio. The class schedules vary greatly to fit my time needs and what I may want to work on that particular day. I so miss the physical effects, the mental clarity and the other practitioners when I am unable to attend. I highly recommend giving a class a try. You won’t regret it.

I have had a private sound bath here and just came from a massage with Christina Booker. She was magical. I don’t know how her tiny hands were so strong, but she destroyed knots that I didn’t know that I had. She was kind and my massage was very healing. My sound bath was also terrific! The practitioner used a variety of different sounds that were extremely relaxing! I’m going back!.

Alfred..the yoga instructor..has the best aura ,He is an inspiration to the community,rigth on Alfred happy to be you student.
