The wait time was minimal, and the doctor took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provide comprehensive explanations. The facility was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and highly efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone seeking quick and high-quality medical care.

Staff was so amazing and friendly especially Carlos and Tiffany. They went out of the way to find a pharmacy that had my medication. Everyone was on top of things which made my visit a lot better. I didn’t have to wait long. They have remodeled the place and it looks very modern now which I liked very much. Definitely recommend.

I have already submitted a great review for the Simi Valley urgent care clinic before. But I continued to receive excellent care by the staff at another visit and I wanted to acknowledge it. Tiffany at the front desk has been always very kind and helpful. I called since I needed some information and I had several questions. Tiffany took the time to answer all of them patiently and kindly, including one that required specific clinical knowledge. Tiffany made the effort to get my medical chart and was able to answer m question. I appreciated her effort to look for the answer to my concern right when I needed it instead of me waiting for someone to call me back. I have already submitted a review before for the Simi Valley urgent care clinic. But I continue to receive excellent care by the staff. Front desk Tiffany has been always very kind and helpful. I was also able to provide the information of my visits to the Simi Valley Urgent Care to my UCLA Nephrologist. Thanks to Tiffany’s attention, I was also able to send him the clinical lab results and Dr. Sahan’s notes to my UCLA Nephrologist. I was impressed by Tiffany’s efficiency and professionalism as well as her caring for my needs and concerns. Last week I had an appointment at the Urgent for 2 ultrasounds. Unfortunately I didn’t drink enough water for the kidneys ultrasound. Right away ultrasounds technician Armenia offered to squeeze me into her busy schedule If I was open to wait and drink more water I the meantime I agreed and I was offered water. I also had a appointment for a vitamin injection. Nurse Carlos right away offered to give me the vitamin shot while using the IV to hydrate me. I was very impressed of both Nurse Carlos and Ultrasound technician Armena’s team effort. Armena’s kindness to offer me to still do the ultrasound instead of telling me that I will need to come back at another time made me feel cared for. I appreciated the kindness and warmth in the way I was treated by both Armena and Carlos. Dr. Farah Sahan called me as soon as she had the results. I've been to this UC a few times now and they are ALWAYS friendly and the doctors and nurses are wonderful. Sometimes I've had to wait a while but that's how it goes. They take the same amount of time and care with all. I appreciate that.

I was treated like a king. Every person's aim was to give me the very best care. They all knew their jobs. My wife and daughter have both come to this Urgent Care. Never a negative feeling.

I had a chronic cough for a month and thanks to the NP's and PA's at this location taking an aggressive approach to my concerns and care they restored my health they are the best and highly recommended.
