My recent visit to Sioux Falls Urgent Care exceeded all expectations, and I can't sing their praises enough! The nurses and physician at this facility were not only professional but also incredibly kind and understanding, making my urgent care experience truly exceptional. I needed fast, quality service due to a suspected case of strep throat, and Sioux Falls Urgent Care delivered on all fronts. The swift diagnosis and prescription of antibiotics showed that they are efficient and caring. I appreciated the convenience of walking in with no appointment necessary, especially when I had a very busy work day. Urgent Care was so much faster than trying to schedule an appointment at my regular doctor's office. Sioux Falls Urgent Care saved me so much time.
We had an unexpected need for a rapid COVID test on short notice, and Sioux Falls Urgent Care bent over backwards to help us with everything immediately on a weekend. They were kind, friendly, and effective - great team all around! I highly recommend this clinic. They made our kids feel very welcome during a stressful situation for our family. We’d like to especially give thanks to Lizz RN and Shelly for going above and beyond.
