The provider I had was absolutely the BEST. She helped me get a direct admit to the hospital room and avoid sitting in emergency room. Stayed hr and half after closing to help me and I truly appreciate all the leg work she did. I was able to get blood transfusion after few hours of admission and covid medicine and was discharged the next day and feel so much better.

I went in as I wasn’t feeling well. They seen me fairly quickly even though the waiting room was full. The staff was amazing! They listened, were kind and addressed all my concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for being an amazing place to get outstanding care.

Seen quickly. All providers were concerned about my injury and offered support. Efficient radiology staff. Knowledgeable CNP who provided excellent care. Would recommend Avera Urgent Care on Marion Road to anyone requiring medical attention.

I went in on a Sunday morning after a persistent cough and flu-like symptoms that lasted for weeks. I was received almost immediately, offered a consultation, chest X-rays and proper medication. The personnel was exceptionally kind, from the reception desk to the RN, doctor, and radiologist. Thank you so much.

I absolutely dreaded coming in on Christmas Eve for the first time but the friendliness of the front desk, the efficiency of my care team and feeling like I was being taken care of were all there. I would absolutely come back.

Very nice got me in figured out what’s was going on and out the door. Nice staff and very clean.

First time visiting this location for Acute Care. Front desk, nurse, lab personnel were very friendly and helpful. APRN Alexandre Bitton was very professional, took his time to explain to me everything and he make sure that I walked out satisfied.

We were visiting from out of town when my daughter became very sick. The front desk, nurse, and the nurse practitioner were all fantastic. They were fast, friendly and thorough. Great care, and great bedside manner with my daughter. Thank you.

Thanks to all the staff, front desk, nurse and PA. Answered all my numerous questions and suggestions.
