I would travel the distance, or go wherever I had to I’m order to make sure my 4 pups got to see Dr Beth. She’s the most kind & compassionate vet I’ve ever met. When my girl was diagnosed with cancer, she talked me through everything & even called me in the evening after her surgery to check in. When I bring one dog in she asks how the others are doing by name. She knows each of their personalities and works with how they are comfortable to provide their care. We are so SO thankful for her!.

Everyone is so nice. I really feel like they care about my pets. I can call and as soon as I say Bones they know who he is instantly. My pets are my babies and just like my children, I have to know that they are getting the best care possible. I feel confident that my Bones and Stormy are getting that care at Sioux Nation. The office is really nice and the exam rooms are clean and big. I have recommended them to family for their babies.

I recently lost my cat of 17 years. The urn and the bag it came in is beautiful. Missi is home now. Dr Beth was so compassionate and explained everything that was going to happen. She is the best. The girls out front were so nice.

I was completely hopeless when my cat was in critical condition. Living 4 hours away from this hospital, I was worried about the long journey and if there was any chance to save him. But from the moment we arrived, the entire team acted so quickly and professionally. They explained everything in detail, reassured me, and provided the best care possible. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my cat got a second chance at life. I can’t express how grateful I am for their kindness and support. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, this is the place to go.

Dr. Carlson takes very good care of my 11 year old tabby cat, Pete. He can be quite a handful, and I can get pretty emotional at the vet....so I appreciate everybody's patience at the clinic. Thanks for all of your help with Pete the last few months. We appreciate you.

Dr. Carlson and Vet Tech Julie are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are very knowledgeable and spend the needed time explaining things and offering viable options/solutions. We have been using All City Pet Care (West and East) for about 2 years now for our 2 cats Moose and Shinx. They are absolutely amazing. Diagnostics are always detailed and concise; every time we visit, whether a health checkup or for shots, we really feel like our cats are in the best care possible. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Came here to put my sweet little birdie on her last days to sleep. Staff were so understanding and kind, and sent me a condolences card with her feathers and footprints. They made my first time doing such a hard thing so much easier to go through, each of them went above and beyond explaining the process and comforting me as well. Thank you all so much.

This office was the only one in Sioux Falls that I could find to see our rabbit, Oliver. Our first appointment could not have gone better and the vet was very kind and easy to speak with. Surgery is scheduled and will inevitably go well in their expert care.
