AFTEROURS URGENT CARE THORNTON REVIEWS

I had the best experience at AfterOurs Urgent Care in Thornton today. Jen at the front desk, Jackie the MA, and Kimberly the PA were all very warm, helpful, and professional. The wait was short (about 30 - 40 minutes). The paperwork was easy to complete on my phone. Kimberly McKinley the PA took the time to listen to me explain my symptoms and she asked good questions. She explained her conclusions and explained why she was prescribing medication. They even had a list of pharmacies and the hours of operation, so they were able to send the prescriptions to a pharmacy with late hours for me so I could pick them up on a Sunday night. Great experience. I also just saw that they are a small, locally owned business. Highly recommend this place.

Never a fun trip when you have a sick toddler, however AfterOurs Urgent Care was probably the best experience I've had considering. My wait time was short, they got me to the back in a very decent time and had me out the door even quicker. The doctor was kind and gentle, the staff was accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a good experience at AfterOurs. I was well taken care of and my questions by the Doctor were answered. I left feeling relieved and that was all because of the friendly well educated staff.

I had an awesome experience with this urgent care. Nurse Venesa I think was her name was so caring that I thought she must be an angel sent from above. Her genuine care and love for her patients is out of this world. An asset to this clinic and a gift to the world. I recommend this place.

Yesterday I had made an appointment online it did not go through. So when I walked in they were still able to get me in and seen fairly quick. Staff and provider were very nice and professional. Great experience.

I was treated with great respect and my questions and concerns were met. The issue i am experiencing needs more evaluation which was set up. I feel well taken care of.

After being super ill for almost a week, I came to this urgent care and that truly brought me back to life! The establishment was clean, and the service was quick. The patient care I received was incredible. I felt heard and understood. Rob was my provider who quickly addressed and treated all of the issues. Denise, Amanda, and Katie all worked together demonstrating collaborative care. I’m so so appreciative.

Went in because I wasn’t feeling well, made an appointment ahead of time and it all went smooth. Staff was friendly and informative. There was a longer than normal wait time but they came out and let us know and that was impressive!! I’ll wait as long as i need to when the customer service is great and there are friendly staff. Thank you for a great experience when I wasn’t feeling well.

Excellent urgent care! They are open 7 days a week, including holidays. I was seen almost immediately without an appointment. Their staff was fast, professional, and genuinely caring. They quickly diagnosed my respiratory infection, administered a corticosteroid and nebulizer treatment on the spot, and sent a prescription to my pharmacy... all within 45 minutes. Highly recommend. I will definitely return if needed, but hopefully not anytime soon.
