Finding Dr. Baker and Caring Hands was a fortunate discovery. I was immediately impressed by their genuine care for animals, evident from the front desk to the animal care staff. Their transparency regarding costs and treatment options is exceptional, empowering me to make informed decisions within my budget. (Not once did i feel pressured to do any testing). I particularly appreciate their collaborative approach; it feels like a true partnership in my pet's care. Dr. Baker's thorough communication and attentive approach ensured I understood every aspect of my pup's treatment. Despite multiple recent visits due to illness, each experience has been consistently positive. I wholeheartedly recommend Caring Hands.

I have been coming to this vet for over a year now. Every time I come Dr. Glasgow listens to my concerns and puts my worries at ease. I have a 4 year old lab that has seizures but with a plan in place I feel a lot better. Thanks for everything that you guys do!

New patient. It was easy to get files transferred. All online inquiries were resolved quickly. They even made a courtesy call to remind me to take the bandage off 30 minutes after the appointment.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone at Huron is amazing. Dr. Welling genuinely loves animals and always treats our four dogs with the most love and respect at every visit. We all just love her! Parker (fawn boxer) recently had his teeth cleaned and growths on his gums removed and the staff was so kind and wonderful at drop off and pick up. He’s 24 hours out of the surgery and doing great! Thank you to everyone at Huron! We will never go anywhere else.

We have been taking our German Shepherd here her whole life. The staff is always kind and I have used the walk in option several times. Since they have added Dr. Petty to their staff we have been even more pleased with this clinic. He makes a point to calm my highly anxious dog before doing anything and always sits on the floor with her and reassures her. He is also great at helping to determine a cost effective treatment plan.

Dr Tyler is awesome! I have used her for several years with different dogs. Very caring and concerned about your dogs health. Facility is clean with nice staff.

I’ve read some of the reviews and honestly, i’m not sure they are reviewing the same vet clinic i took Hendrix to. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming! Smiles and just really a great way to greet their patients and the patients humans. Hendrix was immediately taken back to an exam room and the vet tech was sooooo nice and so good with Hendrix! She was so in tune with him and also listened to what my expectations are and my concerns about how much I could spend. They did everything right there in the exam room and I was able to stay with him. And no one called him fat! lol… I'm very happy with the care they gave my puppy love! And it was a little pricey but totally worth it and I’ll be bringing him back for all of his vet needs

Everyone is so gentle and caring to your individual situation. There is one tech in particular though whose name I can’t remember but she assisted with the Veterinarian on Saturday 6/7. She is always so genuinely sweet and kind. When we brought our fur baby in three years ago after he sadly passed away, this kind and amazing woman was there to comfort and guide us in the most wonderful way.

We were recommended to Eastlake by some good friends, for our dogs TPLO surgery. We are now on #2 TPLO. Eastlake staff is highly passionate about the care they provide, they made this process an easy choice for us. Thanks to the amazing staff, Christine, Dr. Dyer and Dr. Willard for taking such good care of our baby. They truly care for your pet.
