Citra Urgent Care

I made an appointment, which is quite easy to do. I arrived on time and they were ready for me immediately. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and nice, the nurse practitioner, or whatever is her title, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very friendly. The nurse that checked my vitals (such as blood pressure, oxygen, and pulse rate ) was also very very nice. I wish I had caught all three of their names so that they would get recognition. If I lived in the Dallas/Plano area, I would recommend this facility but since I don’t I don’t know to whom I personally could recommend it.

This is the best urgent care ever. I’ve never had such an amazing visit in an urgent care before. They were the most absolutely wonderful people to exist in the healthcare field. I would recommend that if you need urgent care with the best care possible, you should definitely go here!

Everyone there was so nice. They got me in so quick. I was there for a covid test. They did that quick and painlessly. They checked all my vitals as well even though I didn’t have any symptoms. It was a very nice visit and I recommend it to anyone who needs a test or any vaccinations. Great place!
