Very professional atmosphere especially with a busy walk-in business. Dr. Jeffrey C. Is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything without any frustration that you may not understand everything. I would definitely recommend Concentra to anyone with an urgent care need or a medical examination DOT Physical.
I have been to this location multiple times and I’ve always had such a pleasant experience. ALL of the staff are extremely kind and patient. Their jobs are not easy by any means and they deserve a lot more recognition than they get!
For being understaffed and so busy my visit was quick and all the staff were pleasant. My flu shot didn’t even hurt! And everyone was kind though having to deal with unsavory people.
