Came here for a smashed finger, this spot was pretty busy, judging by the waiting room. Fortunately I was able to pre-register in the office and finish on my phone using a text invitation. Then they called when I was close to the front of the line, which made the wait so much more tolerable. Once it was my turn the triage nurse was very easy to talk to and helpful. After triage I waited only a few moments to be seen. A diagnosis was made, x-rays done, and I was on my way in minimal time. Everyone here was fantastic and provided me great care. I’m new to the area and I can tell you this is now my go-to spot when I’m not feeling well. Thank you AFC for the great care!
In an era where your PCP can’t squeeze you in for three to six months and even then their daily patient quota is so high they don’t have the time to really listen I have visited this AFC location a few times for myself and for my young children. I find the staff from the front desk to the clinicians to be friendly, attentive, kind and efficient. The clinicians really listen to my concerns and take their time in finding an answer or making recommendations for the next steps in my care. As someone who works in the healthcare field it is sad the lack of focus we have on true patient care, I feel the staff here demonstrates that their patients are their focus, even with a line out the door and during a global pandemic. I would recommend this AFC location, and have, to any family, friend or patient looking for urgent care. Thank you for the diligent and courteous care you provide.
Good courteous service, everyone was very professional. I had a hard time registering online, but the receptionist was very helpful to get me through & finish my registration. Once I was seen by the Doctor. I didn't wait long in the room. Dr. B. Foster was very professional, courteous & heard my concerns. Treated me very well. Was only there about 40 mins top from beginning to end of appt. I was 3rd in line to be seen. Thus far, best Urgent Care I have been to & will reccomend it to others.

I have been to this location multiple times and I’ve always had such a pleasant experience. ALL of the staff are extremely kind and patient. Their jobs are not easy by any means and they deserve a lot more recognition than they get!
For being understaffed and so busy my visit was quick and all the staff were pleasant. My flu shot didn’t even hurt! And everyone was kind though having to deal with unsavory people.
