I was very pleased with the entire experience. I'm visiting from Florida and had need for someone to check a wound I'd gotten while here. My insurance was accepted, my needs were taken care of and I felt confident in their care. I would recommend this provider.

Very kind staff , helpful treatment in the office informative didn't make me feel weird and made me feel comfortable and felt like I was being taken good care of would definitely recommend them and if I would have to go to an urgent care again this would be my go to.

I am very pleased with my visit! The patient care was top-notch – very polite and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and I was attended to very quickly. Thank you for the excellent service.

The took me in as a last minute walk-in Thanksgiving eve. Doctor and nurse were both professional and clearly answered questions regarding health. All staff were friendly and great, keep up the work.

Excellent service in Concentra, that medical center. I had all the tests done, and they were very kind and professional. Thank you. I recommended 1.000.000%.

Very professional place. They got me in and out quickly. Super friendly staff, overall good experience with them all around.

PRIORITY URGENT CARE REVIEWS

The place was clean, only waited 10 minutes and that was my fault for going across the street first. Scheduling was easy, ALL of the staff was in a great mood, which is very rare in the medical field these days. Results were in fast and paperwork provided within reasonable amount of time. I’ve never had to use Priority Urgent Care before but I will always choose them moving forward, and the Cooley st location specifically.

I was a literal walk-in during the final hour and twenty minutes of business. Reception indicated that I could be seen if I were willing to wait. I was seen within a very reasonable time and my visit needs were met within minutes. Staff was kind and empathetic. I would definitely come again for urgent care needs.

Quick urgent care with appointment options. We were in and out in under 30 mins. Everyone was kind and they were great with my daughter who struggles with doctors. Will definitely make this our place to go when we can't get in to the pediatricians.
