Very friendly staff, very clean room and technicians were very detailed and answered any questions I had. It was a very quiet relaxing environment which helped me calm my nerves. Results can take a few weeks they said so hopefully will have those soon as I’m seeing lots of reviews about challenges with results.

Had a great experience. Friendly warm kind staff and comfy room. Michael is a gem. Professional, knowledgeable and great communicator. Put me completely at ease.

PIONEER NEUROLOGY AND SLEEP REVIEWS

Doctor Athreya has taken care of my mom for more than a decade. She has been instrumental in managing my mom's Parkinson symptoms keeping them under control with great expertise and professionalism, authentic compassion, deep care and an amazing listener. Doctor Athreya has also provided resources and education to help guide us for mom care right here at home. My mom, at her 94 yrs is doing better than many in their 70s-80s--- thanks to the doctor for guiding us and supporting my mom in maintaining and keeping an active life. I highly recommend her.

I came to pioneer neurology for my migraines and vertigo. Though the wait for an appointment was extensive, it is for good reason. I came in and the front desk women were very helpful, friendly and thorough. I saw Dr. Athreya and she was very nice and understanding even when certain things are hard to explain. She took her time, even though my case wasn’t as severe as most. I left with a lot of helpful information, a referral and a prescription. I will be going back in a month for a follow up.

Dr. Athreya helped our family handle a very difficult situation. Her professionalism, compassion and direct approach worked very well for our family.

Excellence. They work with your needs and take time to figure out the issue at hand rather slap a label and just stick with it. I'm very grateful for the time and resources they used on fixing me. I never wait long to see my doc, but yet I'm never rushed to the door either. She listens and works with what I say.

I would highly recommend Baystate Medical Center--both for the facility itself and most importantly for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (Bill and Danielle). I have also had a sleep study at the facility on Main St. In Springfield. My experience at Baystate Medical Center was far, far superior.
