Loved the doctor who took care of me as he made sure to listen to my symptoms, ask questions and even got online and confirmed the name of a med I was taking, but couldn’t remember the name. Very sympathetic to my issues, explained everything in laymen terms and has an impeccable bedside manner.
The ladies at check-in were super nice, waiting room was very clean and liked the fact the waiting room chairs were spaced apart, just like when Covid hot.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I’m a Center Manager as well as an MA at an Urgent Care Center in Sumter so it’s always interesting to go another company/center. Staff was very knowledgeable and the MD was very thorough. Will definitely be coming back. The MA who triaged me has a wonderful spirit and energy.
Everyone was polite, but it was quite a wait. Doctor was kind and respectful. Pay truly attention to what I was saying. I certainly will send others to this Urgent care.
