Summa Health Fairlawn Urgent Care

All of the staff and providers were very friendly. I researched best time to visit an urgent care and when I arrived there was only one other patient. I liked that. I was moved through pretty quickly. The doctor had great suggestions for improving my condition. Best visit to an urgent care ever!

As a former employee, who later needed to use the urgent care I will say excellent service the receptionist was extremely welcoming and kind, I waited about 45 minutes with no appointment on a Monday which honestly isn't bad for a wait time! I was checked in by a medical assistant (I love that Summa is hiring medical assistants) she was polite and a fellow POC which made me more comfortable receiving care! The Nurse Practitioner was straight and to the point which is what I liked and she answered every question I had, the LPN was amazing as well! Really made me miss my Summa family.

I went to the Urgent Care facility in Fairlawn. I did not have to wait long. The staff there was very pleasant and professional. The provider who treated me. Listened to my concerns. Explained my exam and X-Ray results in a clear fashion she answered all questions. Overall a very good experience.
