Dr. Brian Cope is one of the most efficient medical professionals that I've ever been involved with medically. I am thankful for the leadership, his professionalism that he gives at all times. Had a little issue trying to get in to get an appointment, but after I went on my chart and text him personally, he made sure that I got in. I have been a patient of Dr. Brightbill for ten years. In all this time he has become a Friend to me. As "uncomfortable" as my visits were, he always put me at ease and was genuinely concerned for my discomfort. Even in the possibility that my cancer may have returned, I still looked forward to my appointments knowing that if it did return, I was in the best hands possible. His willingness to indulge my sense of humor at awkward times was very welcome. You can never go wrong with someone who has a good sense of humor.

Dr. Brightbill is a thoughtful and caring physician. His staff take care of the administrative details with thoroughness and efficiency. The building has shortcomings regarding wheelchair accessibility, but is functional. I welcome the news that a fully accessible building is in the design phase. Myself and 3 close friends with either quadriplegia or paraplegia wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
