Dr. Jean Joseph is an exceptional physician and urologist. He recently performed a robotic prostatectomy on my father, and from our first interaction, we knew he was in excellent hands. Dr. Joseph demonstrates a rare combination of surgical expertise and genuine compassion. The rapport he builds with his patients is truly remarkable—he even took the time to call the night before the procedure to discuss the surgery and address any lingering questions. On the day of the operation, he was kind, attentive, and receptive to all our concerns, ensuring we felt informed and reassured.We would highly recommend Dr. Joseph to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate urologist. His exemplary bedside manner, combined with his ability to instill confidence and provide clear communication, ensures patients and their families feel supported throughout the entire process.

I have been seeing Dr Joseph for six years. I drive 3 hours for my appointments, so that ought to tell you something about how I feel about him. Not only is he an excellent Dr. , but also very easy to talk to. He makes you feel like he is genuinely interested in you as a person, not just a patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent urologist.

Dr. Joseph is an outstanding urologist, friendly with obvious respect to this writer in all visits. He explains questions regarding content of visits and procedures, needless to say, he demonstrates solid knowledge of urology as evidenced by his response to questions. I will recommend Dr.Joseph without reservation, if ever asked about his care for patients. He represents full competence in urology.

I saw Dr. Eichel once several years ago with a concern found in an MRI. I found him approachable and kind and he wasn't the least bit dismissive in explaining that it was nothing of concern, but to reach out if I had anything develop. Fast forward to a few years ago when I needed immediate care and went to the practice I was sent to. I now have an issue that requires regular follow up, have frequent immininent issues, and need monthly supplies. The practice I want to was one of the worst I have experienced. Frustrated, I went back to Dr. Eichel. What a difference! Dr. Eichel is approachable, kind and caring. He listens and considers my individual situation (which is admittedly complicated) in my care. And he communicates with me personally with test results and findings. Communication from and within the rest of the office is impeccable. I can tell that they care about my well-being and are coming from a place of service. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Eichel and this practice.

This review is actually for Dr Eichel’s staff whom I feel compelled to acknowledge! First I want to give a shout out to Dominique as she is on the ball with what is going on in that office!! With most medical staff so overwhelmed these days I find Dominique to be a breath of fresh air and a gem in the field. Also Dr Eichel nurses were top notch too. I’d name them but unfortunately do not remember their names.

I LOVE going to Dr. Eichel. I was in the er 3 times with 3 different urologists that couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. He ran 2/3 tests and immediately knew what was wrong, stayed late to do an emergency surgery, and then worked late AGAIN to do my second surgery!

I was referred to Hani by a friend who was being treated for prostate cancer. He said “This is the guy to go to.” Trusting his opinion, I made an appointment, and am glad that I did. Hani is a great guy … smart, compassionate, and down to Earth. His bedside manner is outstanding. He made me feel at ease immediately. I could not give him a better recommendation.

My entire experience with Dr. Rashid, office visits, and surgery was a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease, for that I am truly grateful. He is a wonderful surgeon, and I am so thankful I had his support and expertise during a stressful time.

I cant say enough about Dr Rashid. He was absolutely the best doctor I have ever had.
