3 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Jacksonville, FL

I visited the Walrus for the first time to see Ian Chase of Rein Sanction perform. The sound and lighting were both extremely high quality, which is rare for an original music venue. I enjoyed the other interesting acts on the bill too. What I didn’t realize, is the place is a full-on vegan restaurant! They have craft and cheaper can beer, and great food prices. The boiled peanuts are fantastic. The bartender Qwen was as nice as could be and handled a busy bar with aplomb. The Walrus also has a very cool outdoor space which will be great when the weather warms up. This place is a Jacksonville treasure. I will be back many times to see bands and to try other menu items.

Best smoothie I've ever drank! I love the decor of this place. Great vegan food. My only negative is there's not much places to sit if you are looking for a traditional table as a chair type atmosphere. We ate at the bar which I loved. Maybe not a place I'd bring the grandkids.

Eating here is a whole experience ! So many good sammies, free video games, cool art, and friendly service. Get the t-Rex sammie and Don’t miss out on this funky vegan spot.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere and ambiance were wonderful and the service was superb! There were so many great entrees to choose from. I especially love that they offer samples of fresh-squeezed juices and soups to try before you place your order. I will definitely be returning. An extra bonus knowing that it's owned by Oprah. I love to support fresh, healthy, and whole-food establishments.

Great staff, rotating seasonal menu. Great for lunch or dinner! The brunch menu on Sat/Sun is wonderful! Plus great mixed drinks. Thank you, Brooklyn, for serving us with a HUGE smile and excitement about all the tasty healthy things.

I absolutely loved the food and our server was fabulous. We were served on time during the lunch rush, The restaurant was light and airy. I absolutely enjoyed it as well as clean eating.
