TOP 3 MURRAY HILLBILLY REVIEWS
Delicious vegan food. I had to try the wings. I didn’t realize they’d have a “bone” I thought they’d be “boneless”. I absolutely recommend trying them. I’ve craved wings for a while now. These are the closest to actual chicken wings I’ve had since going vegan. The service was great. The restaurant is cute inside and has games on all of the tables. The ceiling looks bad but just don’t look up there lol.
Great casual vegan burger joint with a good selection of sandwiches! We make it a point to stop by when we pass through town. They grill the buns on the flattop! I’m a fan of the soy curl chickn scorcher sandwich and my partner’s always try something new. Coleslaw and fries are great. Service kicks @ss.
Really enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. I wasn’t a fan of the Mac and cheese but I don’t like Smokey flavors. It was super creamy and my husband (non-vegan) ate it all! The French fries were delicious.

TOP 3 THE HUNGRY CATERPILLAR REVIEWS
My favorite cafe in all of Jax! Always has unique and tasty specials, that are both filling and wholesomely nutritious. My mom usually is picky and doesn’t like most vegan food, but she is always eager to eat here with me and raves about the food! Chef Matt uses medicinal ingredients like healing mushrooms, veggies and plant based goodness in all of the meals, sauces, dressings and desserts. The black bean brownies are truly the BEST brownies I’ve ever had. The loaded mushroom sandwiches are by far the best sandwiches I’ve ever enjoyed. Grab and go options like homemade nut-based cheeses and mushroom powders allow you to bring Chef Matt’s magic to your own kitchen. You can eat vegan while also eating healthy, but not compromising taste or satisfaction in any way. The perfect combination between deliciousness in taste and healing by whole food ingredients. Go here, and enjoy.
Amazing, healthy vegan food. We brought family who were visiting and they loved it. All the sandwiches are good...and we always get potato salad.
Food is amazingly delicious and ever so fresh. Owner and staff are friendly and professional. They can answer all of your vegan and/or menu item questions without hesitation. Chef specials change daily so one can always find a great dish to choose from besides their regular menu. My fav dessert are the chocolate chip cookies, grab one while you can when you visit. Always service with a smile! Upon ordering at the counter kiosk, simply relax and wait in their dining area for your food/beverages to be brought to your table. Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza lot. The cafe is conveniently located off Atlantic Blvd near Beach Blvd. Looking forward to my next visit to enjoy the Vegan Cafe dining experience.

TOP 3 THE WALRUS REVIEWS
Foods wonderful, love the chili dogs and cookies! watch your footing but overall a rad place. Spiking the juices has made for a great array of drinks too! Dynamite with a Lazer beam and dizzy miss Lizzy with tequila are a win.
Visited one time during a CD release party/concert for our daughters college-aged band. The space itself was perfect for a small venue - including a bar space and then the entertainment space. The employees and patrons were all very friendly and helpful. Looks like it could be a decent place to hang out (for youngsters - not necessarily for a middle-aged dude like me). Did not try any food - can't comment.
Wondeful little vegan eatery. Amazing sandwiches. Must try the potato salad side. On our visit we had the vegan club and the caprese sandwiches with a side of potato salad.
