NEEL VETERINARY HOSPITAL REVIEWS

Brought my sweet pup in at 10:30pm. She was not breathing. They were very fast to take her and put her on oxygen. She was a 12 year old Pom with congestive heart failure. I was not pressured but it was decided that she should be put down. Everyone was very kind and supportive. They even gave me a little bottle with her hair in it as a keepsake and a sweet card signed by all of them. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was for all they did. Very pleased. Thank you Dr Wessels, Ashley and Maddie.

Extremely grateful that there was a vet 24/7 available and even more grateful of the amazing staff!! They all were so kind, good to my dog and tried to be as gentle as possible. They all worked together as a fined tuned machine. The doctor explained very well our options for treatment, answered literally all of our questions and had a ton of empathy. Hopefully we never have to see you again, but if we do, I am confident the treatment will be great.

I brought my 10 year old Doberman Rottweiler mix to them at the end of his life around 11pm. Every single person who helped us through this process brought peace and helped ease what was one of the hardest nights of my life. Motley was so well taken care of, and the staff deserves recognition for what they do.

SWAIM VETERINARY CLINIC REVIEWS

My first experience was excellent! I usually take my baby elsewhere but they couldn't get him in until late in the day and Swaim could get him in sooner. They were so kind to my baby and I. The facility is clean and the cost was not bad considering what I usually pay for a vet exam. I really appreciate you guys !.

We are glad we chose Swaim to be Coco’s vet. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant. I was so grateful Coco was able to be seen / treated promptly. I felt no pressure to load up on a lot of products & services and felt the pricing was fair. Coco seemed as comfy as a pet could be at a vet’s ofc., as was I. We appreciate Swaim Vet Clinic very much!.

1000/10 recommend, words can't describe the way they show how much they care for your pet and you. You can tell it's about the health of the pets and not the money. You feel like family here!!.

We really had a great first experience. Unfortunately it resulted in an emergency surgery but they were very informative and empathetic towards us and even gave us options of payment. We went to a dozen of vets in the area and we couldn’t find one that fit our standards until yesterday. We are so happy we finally found a veterinarian clinic that not only has an amazing vet but has an amazing front office staff. I highly recommend this place! Apollo says hi.

Had a great first experience. Dr. Florence was able to get Bella comfortable with her and not feel stressed out and overwhelmed. After years of not being able to find a vet that would work with nervous pets this team was a breath of fresh air! Will definitely be back!.

I really enjoy coming here. They are extremely welcoming and sweet to my pups. When I lost my Marvin, they were really patient and helped me along with the process to help him rest easier.
