You guys always make us feel like you’re so invested, it feels personal. I think one thing that is wonderful that maybe you don’t hear often enough, is that everyone there is so excited to see our pets, and they dote on them and treat them like it’s their own pet they’re loving on. It just makes us feel wonderful and cared for like we’re part of their family. Thank you for being so loving.

Great place. I have taken my family furbabies here over 20 years. Always professional and compassionate. Very clean and organized with a smooth check in and check out system. Small locally owned is what I always support.

I have taken 3 of our cats here, with one sadly being for his transition due to kidney disease. We have always received the best care from the entire staff. I would send anyone there for fur family care.

I brought my Aussie pup for her second and third round of vaccines, including rabies and dewormer. Staff is super professional and treat her with a lot of love so that she feels as comfortable as possible. The two Vets I’ve interacted with were super helpful answering all my questions as a new dog owner. They did recommendations based on my lifestyle and also were able to give a budget estimate in advance for each visit so I could plan ahead the payments. I appreciate the pay transparency. She got a complimentary nail trim which is super nice as well as a welcome kit with a toy and a leash. Thank you so much for making our visits so easy going!.

I’ve been taking my 2 cats here for years, and have always loved the care here. They take time with you during appointments, they explain things to help you understand. I’ve had to take them in for urgent care appointments a couple of times (not ER, just urgent care) and those went great. Amazing care team!.

Awesome experience in general. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable being my pet in, especially compared to other clinics I’ve been to. Would absolutely recommend you take your pet here, they really do care!.

Dr. Max Parkanzky has helped Luna so much. Her quality of life has immensely improved with him as her doctor. I make the 4.5 hour (one way) drive to bring her to her appointments, as I can't find someone with his expertise where I live. I'm so grateful to the entire MedVet staff including Jennifer and Lisa. We strive to be the best pet parents we can, and MedVet helps make that possible.

The Neurologist and her team are amazing! Huge shout out to Lauren today! She was amazing with Hiro and I'm so grateful she snapped some pictures of my pup coming out of anesthesia for me! I'm grateful for how sweet and caring everyone we encountered so far at the location! Thank you again for taking such good care of him today before, during and after his MRI and spinal tap!.

Our pup had to go here yesterday after being hurt by another dog. We live in Clearfield but she was staying with my SIL so she was taken here. I'm so glad that was the case -- they were so kind and took such good care of her with the stitches she ended up needing, plus they were also surprisingly fast considering the amount of other pups we saw there; she was in and out in about 3 hours Thank you guys.
