Everyone from the desk staff, to the techs to doctors do an amazing job. They explained my options and the pros and cons of each route; after I chose the surgery route, Dr. Jehn then explained what would happen next and then in the future. I felt very informed and comfortable while my corgi wad experiencing all the stages of her ACL surgery. They answered my questions and elaborated with visuals from the X-rays. I called with questions and they answered with efficiency and care. I live 2 hours away, and this facility was recommended to me since Dr. Jehn is a specialist. I agree, they are worth it the drive and the money. I feel like the price wasn’t bad compared to other canine ACL surgeries I’ve heard about from friends in the southeastern US.

This is the most caring and impressive veterinary clinic I have ever encountered. The staff is truly invested in your pet. The medical care, procedures and equipment are unlimited in scope. They even have a blood bank and will match the blood type! My dog Bella had a hidden upper GI bleed. Using diligence and a variety of imaging they located the bleed and will undergo surgery. We will see how things turn out but nice to get answers. The surgeons are renowned and I know Bella is in good hands. Staff and range of diagnostics A++.

Dr Jehn and all of the staff have been incredible, they literally saved my dogs life through surgery and had he not been there I’m sure the outcome would have been different and the communication throughout his 5 day stay was so helpful!! I literally didn’t have to call as they checked in several times a day with updates. The clinic is state of the art and they keep it spotless clean. 5.

My dog was having a rough time after surgery and started having some bad gastrointestinal hemorrhaging. The staff knew exactly how to help my sweet girl, and they were compassionate the whole time. After a few days she is healing up well and getting her stubborn spirit back! The bill was more than reasonable for an after hours emergency situation. I hope we won't require emergency services again, but if we do we will head right to Northwood! Thank y'all very much.

I've been taking my pups to Northwood since 2022 and have had nothing but great experiences. The vets, techs, and front desk staff are compassionate, empathetic, and incredibly friendly. I appreciate the care they've provided our pups through the good times and the bad, and we'll continue taking them here for the great care.
