I have been to this location twice and I tell you the ladies from the front to the back are always professional. The providers that I seen were great. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manners. There has never been a long wait. Thank you all for always being kind and professional. God Bless.

Online booking was super easy, showed up early, check in was easy and painless, very nice welcoming staff. Was seen before my appointment time. Medical assistants were nice and quick and efficient. New to the area, so very happy to have an urgent care I trust.

It was a very pleasant visit. The receptionist was great. The nurses were were great. And the physician was very thorough and great too. I was seen a timely manner. I'm very thankful to all the staff.

Excellent service and very inexpensive. I went to get check because I have a horrible virus and they find out that I have high blood pressure. The two ladies that took care of me were just amazing and so caring. They probably saved my life! They didn't let me leave until they performed all kind of tests on me and measured my blood pressure several times. I will recommend this place 100%.

They got me in abt an hr before closing and were super friendly, it was nice to be able to get medicine directly from their office and I loved the check-in process because it was smooth and with multiple kiosk in the lobby, there was no line to check in! 10/10 will be back if need be.

Main Street Family Care in Tallahassee are the greatest. They treated us with so much respect and compassion. My wife and I had problem to breath, on Friday after Thanksgiving. They made our visit very easy, fast and efficient with the treatment received. Highly recommended.

CAPITAL HEALTH PLAN URGENT CARE REVIEWS

They always treat me wonderful I’m not sure why their stars are so low. Every time I go in I get in and out really fast. They take care of me and I go home and the staff is very friendly and nice. They also have on-site X-ray, which is really nice because if you go in there and you think you broke something, you know instantly Don’t listen the stars if you’re sick and need help go see them.

Had a great experience taking my child for the first time. From the secretaries in the front desk, to the nurse, Kelly APRN was quick and did a full assessment. X-ray was done in the same facility, Mr. Green from imaging was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The facility is clean, organized, and worth visiting again.

Everyone was very kind, courteous and efficient! Very clean atmosphere. Quick and painless x-rays. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to address our concerns and answer our questions.
