TEMPLE TERRACE ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

My toy poodle had a bad cough. We were using a vet that had just moved their office. This happened on Tuesday. We called and they were not going to see her until Saturday even though she had this problem before and they told us she had a spot on her lung. I called Temple Terrace Animal Hospital and they did not have a same day appointment open but told me I could drop her off and they would work her in. Within 1 hour of dropping her off she was looked at. They gave me medicine to treat for allergies. She is doing well with the meds and her echo showed she is not in heart failure at this time. The staff are all very friendly.

My cats have always received the best, most personal care from the team here! I've had to bring multiple of my cats in for various emergencies, and they are always mindful of our budget, schedule, and cat's comfort. Not to mention that they really truly care! After both of my boy's emergencies, I had their vet techs and doctors checking up on them to make sure they were doing okay. Dr. Zatz specifically has helped us in both these instances, and her compassion is off the charts.

Temple Terrace Animal Hospital is home to me! The staff has always been wonderful and Dr. Zat's is beyond amazing! My fur babies couldn't have a better doctor. And my fur babies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge we're handled with the utmost respect and care and I am forever grateful! Thank you all so much for making my hard times just a little bit easier by being such wonderful human beings and caring so much.

The staff at veterinario has been amazing every time we visit. Everyone is professional, caring, and genuinely treats your pet like family. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about the animals and not just getting people in and out. My dog was treated with so much patience and kindness, which means a lot to us. It’s hard to find a vet you can fully trust nowadays, and this is definitely one of those places. Highly recommend.

Sunshine Animal Hospital is the only place I’ve ever felt 100% safe and comfortable to bring my babies. Never any doubts when I come here, my animals are always evaluated with great care and everyone that’s ever assisted me has been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The building is well maintained and clean and everyone is very organized. Thank you for supporting me as a client and taking such amazing care of my babies. You guys rock.

We had a bad experience with another vet but brought our sick cat to Sunshine who were open, honest and jumped in to understand our case and help us make the decisions we needed. Though our time was short with them, they were caring and understanding and I would highly recommend anyone having their pets cared for at Sunshine.

I couldn't say enough of good things about Northbay Animal hospital team especially Dr Madill who she has been my babies doctor for years now. They are kind, caring, efficient, excellent customer service, and just have managed to keep all my babies healthy and happy. Thank you for your excellence.

I came in as a walk-in I had two little kittens that were sick. They were able to squeeze me in their schedule. And the service was completely courteous and I look forward to going to the office again for my kitten shots.

Great staff. Very professional and caring of our pets. Will try to accommodate your needs with their busy schedule. They are very supportive and listen to concerns one may have about their pet care. I highly recommend them.
