3 Best Veterinary Clinics in Tampa, FL

My toy poodle had a bad cough. We were using a vet that had just moved their office. This happened on Tuesday. We called and they were not going to see her until Saturday even though she had this problem before and they told us she had a spot on her lung. I called Temple Terrace Animal Hospital and they did not have a same day appointment open but told me I could drop her off and they would work her in. Within 1 hour of dropping her off she was looked at. They gave me medicine to treat for allergies. She is doing well with the meds and her echo showed she is not in heart failure at this time. The staff are all very friendly.

My cats have always received the best, most personal care from the team here! I've had to bring multiple of my cats in for various emergencies, and they are always mindful of our budget, schedule, and cat's comfort. Not to mention that they really truly care! After both of my boy's emergencies, I had their vet techs and doctors checking up on them to make sure they were doing okay. Dr. Zatz specifically has helped us in both these instances, and her compassion is off the charts.

Temple Terrace Animal Hospital is home to me! The staff has always been wonderful and Dr. Zat's is beyond amazing! My fur babies couldn't have a better doctor. And my fur babies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge we're handled with the utmost respect and care and I am forever grateful! Thank you all so much for making my hard times just a little bit easier by being such wonderful human beings and caring so much.

I am really impressed with all the professionals at Dale Mabry Animal Hospital. They are very caring and attentive and I think my multiple pets through the years have gotten great care. I especially want to give a shout out to Billie Manning, a vet tech, who has been especially kind to me and my pets. Billie has been there for my pets through both good health days and days that were not so good. His kindness and attention go a long way. By the way, my family has been going to this vet hospital since the early 1960’s!

I needed to get Cooper in for a last-minute visit and they were very accommodating. Upon arrival, my VT Randy was amazing. My puppers can be a handful sometimes, however not today with Randy. I would definitely recommend this veterinarian clinic, they are all great! And a bonus that you get points for your dollars spent.

Dr Moore and staff are always great with our pets. He gets on the floor with them and makes them feel comfortable before he starts the exam. We drive over from St. Pete because it’s definitely the best vet we have found.
