I can’t thank this veterinary clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed my pet, especially during his final days. From routine visits to his last moments, the staff was always incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful. They treated him like family, and that meant the world to me. What touched me the most was how thoughtfully they handled his passing. They offered a beautiful memorial package that included his ashes, a bit of his fur, and his paw and nose prints, something I will always treasure. It was clear that they truly understand how much our pets mean to us. I’m forever grateful for the gentle and dignified way they helped us say goodbye. Their support made an incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about both pets and their people. We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon. Thank you to everyone who is involved in the care of these animals.

Fantastic establishment. The staff is amazing! Please be patient though, they do receive many emergency appointments and it can delay your appointment time but it's completely worth the wait, promise.

It was discovered on Leia's last annual wellness check up that she required hernia repair surgery. It was scheduled quickly at a time that worked for me. Leia is recovering quickly. Raven from West Side suggested that I could use a dog recovery suit while she is healing and it was a Godsend to not have to keep her in the Elizabethan collar that she hates. All went well and everyone was helpful and kind. They provided clear post-op instructions and were available to answer questions that I had a couple of days later. It has been a very good experience to have her care done at West Side Animal Clinic.

This is by far the best vet my cats have ever been to! Always thorough and straightforward, they go above and beyond for every animal they see and somehow stay affordable. You can tell they actually truly care about our pets Even sitting in the waiting room and seeing them greet other pets and pet parents brings a smile to my face because they are so caring and welcoming towards everyone that walks in the door, human or animal. I'd give then more than 5 stars if I could, I absolutely love them! Highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in the Worcester area, they're incredible.

We've been taking our rescue pup to Westside Animal Clinic for about a year and had great experiences. Recently they announced that they were now offering exotic pet care so we took our 3 snakes in for wellness checks and Dr. Branca and the rest of the staff have been AMAZING with the snakes. So thankful to have such a great team capable of taking good care of our dog and our snakes nearby.
