Joseph Markeseines is the NP who I saw today and a woman named Kelly was the assistant for my appointment. Kelly called me in promptly, and she was friendly and kind. "Joey" is a down-to-earth person who will give you honest answers. The front office staff were efficient and professional, and it is obvious that ALL of them are working together to be sure that their patients get what they need. This is a fantastic practice full of wonderful people and if you need their help, you will be very happy that you chose this office for your appointment. - AS Reply

I think it is an excellent hospital and I've been treated very well there The staff is very friendly and courteous The staff that I have encountered have good attitudes.

They took me right in! No, wait. The nurses and doctors were really nice! They kept me smiling even though I was really sick. They really seem to care. They also keep checking up on you. Overall great place.

They have all been very nice, professional, trustworthy and efficient.

AUBURN SLEEPMED REVIEWS

So far I've only been here once before, but based on that experience, I will say that I have very positive feedback for Auburn SleepMed, which is why I chose to leave a review. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am & after finding this location on GPS (I live almost an hour away & am not familiar with Auburn) I went to check in & was greeted by a friendly, courteous & welcoming receptionist. Once she had me give her my insurance card & license, she handed me some pages to sign, while I sat down to wait for the doctor. I noticed immediately that the practice was clean & well cared for. The doctor (Dr. Assaf) called me just a few moments later, so my wait time was very brief & he was right on time. The doctor I saw was very professional, thorough & knowledgeable. We talked about the reason for my appointment, as well as future plans & past sleep study results. I was scheduled for an in person sleep study (at a later date) before leaving the facility & the doc was very reassuring that this was a simple, painless procedure that is very common for this practice. I was asked by the doctor whether I had any questions before my departure. I like that he went over everything in a way that was easy to understand & did not at all rush through my visit. I also used the restroom before leaving this building & saw that it was very clean & well maintained. I also happened to notice a few rooms where patients stay during sleep studies (these were vacant at this time) & they looked very comfortable, nothing like an exam room you'd find in a medical practice or anything.

Doctor osoft takes the time to understand what's going on with you and share detailed charts information and research on your sleep. I was really surprised to find out. I had sleep apnea and i'm really pleased with the help that i'm getting from this office to treat it!

They cure my sleep disorder. highly recommended...
