JON DOOLEY, MSPT - GREENDALE PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC REVIEWS
Greendale PT helped me almost entirely eliminate my headaches from neck tension and poor posture. The team focuses on pain relief but also provides you with the tools to strengthen yourself and address the cause of the issue. The people here really care, and you can absolutely tell. Ross not only helped me sort out my postural issues, but also guided me safely through technique and form for strength training to far exceed what I thought I could achieve when I started here. Greendale PT has had a hugely positive impact on my health and well-being. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, Greendale PT should absolutely be your first choice.
I absolutely love the team at Worcesters Greendale Physical Therapy! Every time I come in I’m greeted by name with a smile and taking in for my appointment in a timely manner. The physical therapists are great and have great attitudes. As I’m sitting getting my PT I can hear throughout the room all the positive motivating pep talk and it really makes for a great atmosphere!!!! I highly recommend this group for anyone seeking PT!!!!!
The physical therapists at Greendale Physical therapy are top notch! I feel like I am a part of the team, as they take the time to explain things thoroughly and help me to re-train my body into healthy habits. I understand my therapy goals, and this helps me work more efficiently at home. My therapists encourage me every step of the way!

WILLIAM K, PT, DPT- BAY STATE PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
The staff at Worcester Physical Therapy are all wonderful and friendly, and they'll push you to make sure you are getting the most of each session and on your way to recovery! The anti-gravity treadmill is super awesome as well, and it's been extremely helpful in getting me back into running again.
First time at Bay State PT. Coming here now for 2 months, rehabbing a tricep tear. The team here is terrific, from the front desk to the PT's. Beyond being excellent PT's, they also are the friendliest team you will have the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the team at Bay State PT in worcester.

SARAH CLAYTON, PT, DPT, CSCS - CLASH PHYSICAL THERAPY & HEALTH SERVICES INC. REVIEWS
I started seeing Sarah and Ashlyn at CLASH PTHS for an ongoing shoulder injury. The strength and mobility exercises they prescribed to me, coupled with the in depth explanations of where my issues were coming from had me feeling better than I have in years after just a few sessions. Unlike other PT clinics, Sarah and Ashlyn helped me to understand how my whole body was effecting my shoulder and neck pain, and the work I do with them has been beneficial to the overall functioning of my legs, glutes, core, and understanding of how to "use my power from the ground up". As a bonus, once Ashlyn knew that I liked to listen to podcasts and audiobooks, she shared some of her favorites with me that have given me useful knowledge about my overall health, nutrition, and well being. Both Sarah and Ashlyn are also very kind and enjoyable to be around, which helps during difficult sessions. I would recommend CLASH PTHS to anyone who is looking for help with any type of Physical Therapy or Health Services.
Sarah & Ashyln have shown me that I no longer need to live with chronic pain. I've been dealing low back and related pain for years. After only a few weeks of targeted exercises, my pain was gone. Their holistic approach is unlike any other PT practices I've tried. So glad I met these ladies and look forward to working on increasing my strength and stability.
Ashlyn and Sarah at Clash Physical Therapy helped me tremendously when I hurt my back while 35 weeks pregnant. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and they genuinely cared about helping me get better before going into labor. They not only helped with my back pain but also educated me on different techniques and stretches that would benefit my body postpartum. I highly recommend Clash to anyone who needs PT care, especially if you are pregnant! Ashlyn and Sarah are great!
