Realmente me siento muy, pero muy satisfecho y agradecido por el excelente y profesional atención, gracias doctora Magali, estamos conscientes sobre sus recomendaciones, es muy duro y difícil aceptar ciertas cosas, pero hay cosas y sobre todo satisfacciones que no tienen precio , y como le dije , estamos solos en este hermoso país, mi país, solos mi esposa y yo, pero tenemos nuestra hermosa BB, Luna, nuestra. compañera y mayor alegría y ella en solo una visita cambió radicalmente, de estar totalmente mal a mostrar signos de mejoría, les agradezco su profesionalidad y su honestidad, cosas Invalorables, , no siempre fácil de encontrar. Everyone at this animal hospital cares! The front desk staff are friendly and empathetic. The doctors, assistants, and the pharmacist all work as a team, are very competent, and they all truly care. Dr. Hovenic and her team saved our dog's life. We r forever grateful for every extra day we have with our wonderful Abigail Doodle. Thank you Klaich Animal Hospital!

The vets here are great but it does take a long time to get in for an appointment. The small town feel customer service that they had even just 10 years ago is long gone and just like every where else the prices have sky rocketed. I've been bringing my pets here for about 25 years and I'll continue bringing my pets to this place because they truly give great care to the animals they treat. I do recommend them but be prepared for a long wait to get an appointment and a big bill at the end of the appointment.
