First time trying pho, and I’m so glad I chose Pho Hien Vuong! The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with tender noodles and fresh herbs that made every bite delightful. The staff was welcoming and helpful, guiding me through the menu and making excellent recommendations. I also tried the fresh spring rolls, which were crisp and delicious. The portions were generous, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Best restaurant in town for Pho, Tofu, & Curry. Ingredients are always flavorful and very fresh. I was disappointed with the service from our waitress the last time we visited, but that has not been a regular occurrence in the past. All and all, this is one of my family’s favorite places to eat.

Food was good overall. Got spring roll shrimp and beef pho combination. The broth was amazing, but a hint of it was slightly strong, maybe the fish sauce or something and the noodles are not that much. Regardless it was still on point.

The attentive service ensures that guests are well taken care of, although there are moments when the wait staff appears overwhelmed due to high demand. Notably, their fried rice stands out—a delightful dish with a smoky aroma and wok hei flavor. However, it’s worth noting that the interior of the restaurant and the parking lot could benefit from renovation, as they currently appear dated and worn out.

d in little Saigon sd ca. This place is as good if not better than any of the restaurants we ate at there. The broth for the Pho' is so tasty. I had the #56 this last time and it was incredible... for real. The pork chop and broken rice was amazing. Spring rolls, chicken wings, just wow. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Foods are really nice. The restaurant is very spacious. We love to be here. Will come back again. I strongly recommend this place.

This place has a very beautiful atmosphere, when you walk in your blown away by the amazing looks and style to this place. I was assisted to my seat very quickly and given menus. I was able to take my sweet time looking at the menu as the waiter was very nice and patient with us taking our time to look through all the menu options, the prices are reasonable and affordable. The food is delicious and the presentation was very beautifully done. I ordered the duck and pork, it was fresh and was grilled with open flame to perfection. The pork had nice crispy fat chunks in it that explodes in your mouth with so much flavor. The duck is just out of this world! It was worth every penny to try out. The Owner is a very beautiful woman who is charming. She gave us spring rolls to try out and they were made with fresh ingredients and tasted good as a spring roll should. I am very pleased with this place and will be coming back in the future.

Here is a very good Asian restaurant. They provide a variety of Vietnamese and Chinese foods. We normally take out the roast duck, roast pork, beef stripe, and braised pig ear. In addition, delicious beef noodle soup, seafood rice noodle soup, and pork & shrimp vermicelli are highly recommended.

Best pho in town. Always stop by when passing through. I usually get pho dac biet. They give the best mixture between pho noodles and meat. The broth is always excellent. Their roast duck and pork and BBQ pork have the best flavors in NC. Never had a bad food experience there. The server was great.
