I hired Next Wave Website Design to update my existing author website because they appeared to understand the needs of small businesses and cared about customer service. We've been working together for several months and I am very impressed with their willingness to go "above and beyond" to reach a standard of excellence. Dealing with Nextwave was a breath of fresh air, before coming to them, I started a project with an online website developer from Bark. It was a total disaster!!! I reached out to Nextwave. I was able to speak to Dan the next day and we mapped out a way to fix and get my site up and running. I then worked with Kaitlyn and Angelo to to fix and get all the details right on my site, these two were amazing communicating with me and putting things into layman’s terms when needed. I am very pleased with my site and definitely recommend the team at Nextwave for anybody looking to build a website, their work is impeccable.
