Responsive and Professional. Everyone on that team has been great to work with. We were coming from another web host provider that we hardly could ever reach, let alone get responses to questions we have. We were lucky if we got an automated response and certainly never any follow-up! Townsquare has been a breath of fresh air. We asked for some minor updates to be made to our website, we received an email immediately letting us know someone will be working on it. Same day we got an email stating the work was done. Then a follow-up email from one of the specialists (Erin Aurelius) to confirm if we were satisfied with the changes AND provided a direct contact number in case we needed any other updates.
