Joe and Tracy created our dream wedding on April 2025! Down to earth and so personable. Not knowing what to expect and worried that we would have to do everything ourselves and plan last detail, they were a God send for sure! They handle last details for us. I was a bit of a "bridezilla", yet they were still so patient to hear me out every time and help ease my anxiety. We honestly would have been lost without them. I came in with a budget and Joe said to me right away, "I'll give you your dream wedding under that". The day of our wedding Tracy was there at our side catering to our every need. She made sure my husband (groom) and I were not stressed or worried about anything. We also did our engagement photoshoot at their ranch which was beautiful. We recently had the pleasure of working with tracy and Jose - the wedding ranch - for our wedding on November 4th and we couldn't be happier with the results. We just had our daughters and now son-in-laws wedding on Saturday using The Ranch Weddings and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to use for their wedding! Jose and Tracy were awesome, Tracy made sure all the decor we brought to use at the wedding/reception were set up just as my daughter envisioned! They were always there to answer any questions, tended to the bar, also at rehearsal they were willing to do it a few different ways to make sure that the ceremony was just as the bride/groom wanted, as they were undecided on a few things. Beautiful guest tables, cake table, arch and had a rustic backdrop behind bride/grooms table that my daughter was so happy about. They set everything up, cleaned everything up and packed up all the decor so we just had to pick it up. The wedding and reception went beautiful! OUTSTANDING service from The Ranch Weddings. Jose and Tracy are so kind, easy to work with and passionate about making your event as special and as perfect as they possibly can. We used The Ranch Wedding’s services for our wedding recently and they made it an absolute dream come true. Jose and Tracy make sure that every single detail is perfect. We had a certain vision for this wedding and it was amazing to watch them bring it all to life, exactly how we envisioned, with not one detail left out or out of place. We highly recommend The Ranch Weddings if you want things done right. They were so easy to get ahold of for questions or concerns. They cater to your every need! I’m still amazed at how perfectly placed every decoration was. All I had to do was send them photos of what we wanted and they were able to make it all come to life, exactly like the photos! They have an amazing team who worked so hard setting up the tables, the cake table, welcome table and the memorial table and cleaned everything up once the event was over. They setup our head table perfectly exactly like we wanted. They made sure that everything went smoothly and anything we asked for, they were right there tending it. They also have great recommendations for DJ’s, florists and bakery. Which we ended up using most of who they recommended. I can honestly say they make your wedding day so relaxing and fun. They work their magic to make your fairytale come true. You can see the passion they have for their job and it is truly appreciated. Again, I highly recommend The Ranch Weddings.
