We are so happy with our experience working with Crain + Co for our hybrid South Asian Muslim/Persian wedding in September 2021. Everyone we worked with through Crain + Co was meticulous, easy to work with, and super patient. We are not originally from Tucson, so it was helpful to have Megan’s knowledge and guidance when planning our event. We had hired Crain + Co to assist with the “month of” and “day of” coordination but, afterward, my husband and I both agreed that our biggest regret for our wedding was not hiring them for the full wedding planning process. Megan was amazingly gracious and patient in helping us iron out the last-minute details in the weeks leading up to the wedding. For the day of our wedding, Victoria Rex was our lead coordinator on site. Victoria and her assistant were incredible and extremely kind! Our families are large and hard to wrangle, but they did a great job of helping our day stick to a timeline. Long story short-- Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire Crain and Co! It was the best decision we made when planning our wedding.
Nothing but fantastic things to say about Meagan and Victoria. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. They helped to keep everything as organized and as stress-free as possible. Honestly cannot imagine the planning process without them. On the day of the wedding, Victoria was absolutely amazing, making sure everything was following a pre-planned timeline, taking care of the wedding party and coordinating things that we didn't even realize needed to be done. WOW. Words cannot describe what a difference it made to have Mollee as our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding! Because our venue didn’t include a dedicated coordinator, it was clear to my fiancé and I pretty early on that we would need/want additional support, both leading up to our wedding and on the big day so that we could actually enjoy it and not stress about the coordination of vendors and the flow of the different portions of the day. Mollee was recommended to us by our caterer and from our very first call, I knew that she was the perfect vendor for us and had to be a part of our wedding day. Mollee was our literal fairy godmother every step of the way – from her kindness and support, to wonderful vendor recommendations and suggestions, to her organization and expertise in flawlessly supporting us on our wedding day and doing the heavy lifting of helping us put together a schedule for the day of timeline, she was the wedding day of coordinator of our dreams! Mollee and her assistant Maureen helped to make our wedding day so magical and her services were more than worth the cost in ensuring a stress-free planning experience and execution of a perfect day. I will never forget Maureen's kindness preparing me to walk down the aisle, helping me to not break down in a puddle of a million happy/nervous tears. I strongly recommend Peace of Mind Event Planning if you're looking for help with a wedding. You will have options to choose the right package for you at different price points depending on the help you're needing & what level of service you want. For the package we chose, we got excellent help. We worked with Mollee Fitzgerald not just to nail down the wedding details itself, but also for a pre-wedding event. We don't live in Tucson, so we did much of the planning by email & phone. I appreciated getting the list of preferred vendors, although we didn't use most of them. But it gave us a starting point. We worked from a DIY checklist she provided that began a year out--a great help for my daughter to focus on the right things at the right times. Later, six months before, we met with her in person at the venue & I was relieved that she & the venue owner knew one another & had a good rapport. We created a very specific timeline together for the wedding event, beginning to end, which went a long way to reduce our anxieties. The day of the wedding, she & her team came to the venue & set everything up for us. I didn't have to stress about anything!.
