Madison helped to make our wedding day the best day ever! She took care of all the details we knew about it and even the ones we didn't so that we could really enjoy the day. During the planning process she was also very proactive in helping to manage our other vendors and help us optimize our timeline. This helped to make sure when we got to our wedding day, everything was all set to run smoothly. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I was the photographer for a wedding that Madison was coordinating and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so attentive and detailed while remaining calm throughout the day. She had incredible communication and was also kind and so much fun to work with! My couple was happy with her and I highly recommend.

Madison did a wonderful job as our Day-of Wedding Coordinator. She is professional, responsive, organized and flexible. I would highly recommend hiring her if you want to save yourself a ton of hassle as she will definitely ensure that your day is as close to perfect as possible.

Now that I’m about 6months removed and life feels like it’s finally settled a bit, I cannot stress enough how important Brittney was to the success of my wedding. I’m not a fan of being the center of attention so my wedding day was more stress for me than fun but Brittney had my back every step of the way. It didn’t matter if I changed my mind 15 times about whether I wanted to do something or not. She supported me and made it happen. We had some pretty extraordinary circumstances with my mother in law breaking her ankle on site 5 hours before the ceremony and I have never felt more taken care of. Brittney didn’t even bat an eye, got me out of the situation and back to relaxing and got MIL out of there to be checked out. I was her priority and it was so comforting to know that nothing was stopping us that day. I can’t thank you enough Brittney! You are the best.

I would definitely recommend coordinating your wedding with Kelsey. Kelsey helped us to plan the details of our wedding and then executed flawlessly. Naturally the day of, not everything could work as planned. For example our caterer had to deliver the food 2 hours early. Our linens needed to be ironed again after sitting overnight. Some family members that were supposed to stay to take the decorations took off early. Kelsey handled all these complexities and we didn't notice. Our phones were silent the whole day.

Absolutely incredible! Kelsey was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first met, we felt completely at ease with her and knew we were in the best hands. She took the time to understand our vision, made herself available for the small details, and gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her more! Everything ran so smoothly that we could actually relax and enjoy the moment. Kelsey is a true gem in the wedding industry, and we were so grateful to have had her by our side.
