Vancouver Lake Regional Park is a regional park with a sandy lakefront beach and BBQ grills. It has over 34-acres of green space stretches for 2.5 miles beside the west shore of Vancouver Lake. The park is excellent for canoeing, kayaking, and hosts many rowing (sculling) and college competitions during the year. Visitors can also enjoy views of Mount St. Helens, Mount Hood, and Mount Adams on bright days. Vancouver Lake Regional Park offers 24 barbecue grills, 65 picnic tables, five pieces of playground equipment, 1.06 miles of asphalt path & 5 drinking fountains.

It has one picnic shelter with covered seating for 75 people, three barbecue grills, 22 picnic tables, eight sets of play equipment, and three horseshoe pits. Orchards Community Park offers 18 parking spaces and two disabled parking stalls.
