With the assistance of Dr. Raman and her dedicated staff, I am finally on my way to successful and sustainable weight loss. The program I am following for this journey is straightforward and uncomplicated. All food groups in the nutrition pyramid are included so it seems I am never missing out on variety and daily menu possibilities. The care team is exactly that and are diligent with ensuring my visits are worthwhile and encouraging. It provides the impetus to keep going as this is going to be a long journey. Dr. Raman is so knowledgeable in her field, and she always takes the time necessary to answer questions or hear comments about my experiences with the program. The philosophy at Avista is “putting the patient first,” and this is put into practice with each appointment.

I have been on a weight loss program through AVISTA weight loss center for almost a month now and I am so pleased with my results. The medical assistant, Jen, who sees me every week has been so awesome. She is very encouraging, supportive and helps me stay accountable. Excited to continue this journey.

I have tried other weight loss programs. This is the best. It is actually medically supervised. Dr Raman is amazing. Finally success in my weight and health.
