This is the best Weight Loss - Healthy Lifestyle plan on the planet. It is a full lifestyle approach; healthy eating, exercise, mindset, support, and encouragement. I lost over 270 pounds on the Weight Watcher plan and have maintained from Weight Watchers to WW. I love the Saturday leader Jacquelyn, and my 7:30 class is full of rock stars.
I love this studio and my 8:30 am a leader. She makes every Saturday start off right. The best meeting filled with amazing members who encourage, motivate, and brighten my day.
Saturday morning meetings are the best.
