I like this comfortable supportive environment. Plus, it's a very educational program that really works (when I choose to follow it). Note that this program also works for unique cases, such as weight issues related to illness or weight loss for older adults, etc. This office could use more meeting times and a bigger place, but I'm happy to combine with the online and at-home components.
