My husband and I attended the WW meetings on Mondays, with Lynda as our leader for 4 months. What a great group of people. So encouraging and Lynda is fantastic. So knowledgable and positive. We now are using the online tools successfully, but really enjoyed going to the meetings at this location.
Very supportive weight loss family. They could use a bit more space though.
The people at my meeting inspire me so much I attend with my daughter and my friend, her mother in-law and just watching each of them be proud of themselves is heartwarming and encouraging
