Glasswork By Design

My first experience with "Glasswork by Design" began with my visit to their shop on E. Alisal St. in Salinas, CA. The office staff were friendly and helpful as we began the process of becoming aware of our options for a shower stall renovation. Winnifred Alonso, the owner, came to our home to conduct an estimate on the proposed job at our home. His experience allowed him to expertly respond to our questions and to help us create the design we wanted. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of our time. When Tony and Don Manuel (el Jefe) arrived to remove the old shower stall and then later to install the new door and windows for the new shower stall, they too arrived on time, were always respectful of our time and our home, their work was professional, and they meticulously cleaned up after their work. Glasswork by Design's office staff, the owner, and the crew treated us, my wife and I, royally as customers. They earned my highest recognition and approbation for their excellent work. They clearly understand how to identify the needs of their customers and to then meet those needs. I expect to be a repeat customer. That should be considered as the highest praise.

Winifred was wonderful from start to finish. He installed glass shower doors for both our bathroom remodels quickly and professionally. Months later we got a towel stuck under the shower door and accidentally pulled the hinge out of shape. Winifred came over immediately and repaired it for us, free of charge! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I've used them numerous times for window and door installation and we are very pleased with the service and the crew. They are always courteous and professional.
