5 Star Experience Initially I stopped by unexpectedly since I was in the area to pick up food. I talked with Isaul about plans to purchase a new mattress during Black Friday. He showed me multiple beds and gave me a demo on their adjustable bases. I informed him I would be back to purchase one. During Black Friday week I stopped by once again, and again Isaul showed me around with my wife and gave us both demos on different beds and adjustable bases. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Luxe Adapt 13” Medium Hybrid Mattress with a Tempur-Ergo 3.0 Adjustable Base. We received our bed yesterday and my wife laid down to test it at noon, she did not wake up until 4pm since, only because I woke her up lol. We love our bed, and enjoyed the purchasing experience we had with Mattress Firm. Isaul was very professional, informative and made the experience a pleasant experience. Would recommend friends and family to purchase their mattresses from Mattress Firm.

Elias was very professional and courteous. He was also our sales person from 7 years ago when we bought two beds for our kids. He did a great job telling us the benefit of the adjustable frame and we were sold on the benefits it provided. We went in with the intention of buying a mattress and walked out with the set of mattress and the adjustable frame. Thank you, Elias.

I walked into the store just planning on gathering information on mattresses and prices and came out having purchased a mattress and base. The mattress specialist, Burney, was excellent. He listened to me and geared me to the right mattress for me. He was also a very interesting person, well-travelled with interesting stories. Bottom line is that I feel that I made the right purchase. I can’t wait for the mattress to be delivered. I might add to my review after a couple of months.

Great service and selection! Rod Aguilar was extremely helpful during my visit. He shared recommendations based on my space and budget and was super patient while I tried (and retried!) various mattresses. Prices were better than I expected and delivery and removal of my old mattress was inexpensive and easy! I really appreciated Rod's guidance and kindness during the process. So quick and easy! Thank you Rod and Mancini's Sleepworld.
