Visited Ashley's Furniture in Salinas to possibly take advantage of Black Friday Sales. I was greeted by Alyssa Antonian. She asked me a few questions as to what I was looking for and took it from there. She listened & heard me, clearly understanding my vision. Alyssa is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about furniture! She discussed the fabrics, shapes, colors, durability, details such as the wood color of the couch legs, etc. She pointed out the arm shapes of the chairs. I was truly impressed by this yound lady. With her help, I settled on some furniture and look forward to receiving it in a couple of weeks. Alyssa is a very big asset to Ashley's Furniture Thank you Alyssa! This was an enjoyable shopping experience.

Was greeted by Alyssa right away. She was very friendly. Told her we were just browsing. Alyssa told to go around and look and if there was any questions just ask. We (My wife and I) were free to roam the store without any pressure. Alyssa would check on us once in a while, but never once was bothering. We decided on a recliner for the wife and later found an end table. Alyssa was very helpful in getting the transaction completed in an extremely smooth fashion. Alyssa is personable, professional, and extremely helpful. I recommend her for any furniture needs.

I had a great experience with this store and delivery team. Thank you Wendy for your wonderful assistance in the store, and I want to thank the great delivery install team Josue C. And Daniel T did a great job maneuvering the heavy items up my steep driveway and stairs also no dings in the walls or wood floors. The guys really did a perfect job. I am very happy with this experience all around.

Carol was so incredibly kind and to be quite frank, gave us an incredibly (unbeatable) deal on a bedroom furniture set as well as a new mattress. We had just come from another furniture store and had already picked out both a bedroom set and a mattress and had a quote ready to be purchased the next day, but decided to stop by Ramos on the way home and we are so happy we did!! They have a large selection and like I said, made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. We got more pieces than the other set offered for much less $. We will absolutely be coming back when we are ready to do the next room in our house. Thank you again Carol!! You were so kind and helpful.

When we arrived to the store,carol was very professional and give us space so we Can look around with no pressure,on the other hand she Show us different styles of living room sets and make sure that we chose what we’d like the best. Our experience at Treasure Hunt was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The couch we wanted was out of stock but Maria had different options .ready based on what we liked which is what we ended up getting and LOVED it! They delivered on time and were great at giving a date of delivery as well as being professional during delivery. We will definitely be repurchasing and recommending them to friends and family.

I always come here for my mattresses!The service is always great and they have great prices! They don't push to sale on you which makes the experience way better!.
